ONE FORMA dont recommend

I did a certification and the send button got freeze for almost half an hour. I contacted support, I never got a reply and nobody care basically. This has only one attempt to try, and not worth it to waste your time if you are mock by technical issues nobody cares to fix or care for you. Stay away from this site is a waste of time.
