Tremendous gift card dilemma

On 10/29 I received an email from tremendous to redeem my gift card but I canceled on the day of for participating in the focus group because of a super last minute work commitment(bad, I know) Also, I was only actually scheduled the same night before at almost 9pm when the project manager called me and said that someone didn’t do their job because I should’ve been screened weeks ago and wasn’t actually even screened at all, I had just received an email regarding my participation in said focus group. This is a niceeee gift card and I want to redeem it but did I just get lucky or what? lol and I haven’t had any further communication just the redemption email. I need opinions
