AdGem Offer - What triggers start of 30 Days?

Hi, When does an AdGem offer for signing up for a different service or app (e.g. a banking app) start logging the 30 day deadline? With the 1st install before verification of the new account on the rewarded app? Or when they have the new account verified? Trying to see if I can still make use of an offer currently, downloaded the offer app more than 30 days ago but haven't set up an account yet. And at the offer wall it doesn't see the installation "verified" yet. As if I haven't installed it yet.
