Respondent - Calendar is Blank?

Hi,
I was accepted into a study on Respondent. Trying to book a timeslot for the live interview and the entire screen is coming up blank. Tried mobile and different browsers. Have a message out to respondent support but haven't heard back. Has anyone experienced this before?
