Paypal option disappeared from mitsplay?

I dowloaded the game today, when I opened it there was the option paypal, but when I started playing a game and increased points it just disappeared. It appear prepaid mastercard EUR which idk if it is like paypak where I can get my money, I don't want a gift card.
