Is anyone else having issues with the Playtestcloud app?

I've gotten two play tests recently, downloaded the game, Playtestcloud app said it was recording (with mic on and everything), I've played well over the required time and the app has said 0 minutes recorded. By the time I've noticed this I've gotten kind of tired of the game and have had little motivation to re-do it so I've just given up, but idk if it's worth contacting them or I'm just stupid and not doing it right? I've done a lot for them in the past with zero issue so idk what the problem is, if it's me or them.
