Has anyone been able to redeem in Drop recently?

I’ve tried almost every week for 2 months, clicking my card choice within the first 10 seconds once they open up redemption—I watch the countdown, and some weeks it goes to the “updating your app” loading screen in the final seconds, so I miss the first 5-ish seconds of redemption—but I’ve been too late every single week, even if I know I clicked in the first 2 seconds. It takes them over 3 minutes to say they’re “sold out” every time, although it’s obviously sold out within a few seconds. I even recorded screen video to prove to myself this happens no matter what card I choose.
