WeLocalize would/do "you accept this rate" question...

Just wondering, what happens if someone clicks to not accept this rate? Just asking for the slight hope of being able to negotiate a higher rate. But it's probably going straight to being denied.

So currently I hope that it is possible to work at one of those $15-$18 jobs and later get into something higher paying. How likely is that to happen?

Would like to know the same for Telusinternational and Appen.
