Does anyone here use Leo surveys

I redeemed my points for a $10 pre paid mastercard around may 8th. The estimated delivery said may 19th and I still haven't received anything. No one from the support hasn't gotten back to me (I made several calls, emails, etc to them and it's been a week). Could anyone please advise?
