Asked to return a prolific response?
I'm still new-ish to prolific and haven't ever experienced this before. I received a message from a study asking me to return my submission because I 'didn't pass a screening question'. I completed the survey in full a couple of days ago and met all of the requirements. I did respond to the researcher asking for clarification.
Does this happen often? I'm about 300 surveys in and this is a first for me. Is it in my best interest just to cancel it to keep my account in good standing? Seems odd that they can just opt not to pay me after I finished the whole thing.
