Premise says they paid me, PayPal says they haven’t

Been over a week since I cashed out from Premise. They say the transaction is complete but it hasn’t shown up in my PayPal account. Not the first time I’ve had trouble getting money out of Premise. I feel Ike this is becoming a dodgy site
