Money in Secondary email won't agree to drop into my Primary Paypal.

I received some gig Payment in my secondary email, I already received a notification from Paypal that this money is available in the secondary email. After linking the secondary email to my primary PayPal, this money in my PayPal secondary email won't agree to drop into my primary PayPal. Anyone with a solution of how I could fix this?
