Online Communities that Pay?

Does anyone know of or how to join these online Communities that Pay, usually monthly, for your opinion, etc. I know of Cspace, but don't know if there are others.

How do you go about finding these groups. A few times a year I get a survey to fill out thru SavvySurvey but have never been accepted.

Any ideas?
