Are the wheels coming off the bus over at Sago/Focus Group?

Be careful. Due to ‘unprecedented demand’ your rewards may take 20 business days, on top of the 2-4 weeks they say it takes to release a reward. Additionally, my most recent reward was shorted $25 without any reason.
