Receipt Rewards for Eastern Europe

Hello!

I'm in a search for a app with that I can scan my local shop receipt like Carrefour, Auchan, Lidl and get paid, I'm from Romania, I tried accessing many apps, but they are mostly only for Americans, keep in mind I want to scan the receipt not buy online.
