Crowdtap website performance/stability

I used CrowdTap extensively in Q1 2023, and just came back to it a couple weeks ago after a long time away. It seems like it's gotten a lot worse? Not in the surveys (though I'm seeing way more repetitive attention check questions than it used to have) but in the performance of the website itself.

• Fairly long load times between questions at the best of times
• Occasional very long load times (upwards of a minute)
• Losing connection entirely partway through surveys
• Not all interrupted surveys appearing on In Progress
• Occasionally not redirecting back to the main Actions page after completing the currently available surveys

As I write this, the Actions page is just unreachable. It's been showing the loading animation for half an hour or more.

Is it like this for anyone else lately?
