How do I transfer my prepaid card to the bank?

So I did this market research study and got paid $200 but when I went to go claim the reward there was no option to transfer to the bank. Only prepaid Mastercard. So I tried to do Venmo that didn’t work and I tried to use Apple Pay to my family member and back to me that didn’t work. I tried PayPal transfer to bank that didn’t work so what can I do?
