Has anyone ever had to withdraw from a project on VYNE/Working Solutions?

This is my first time working for them. The project has not started yet but I filled everything out. I am having tons of issues getting their software to download on my computer and I had something else come up. How do I tell them I don't want to do this project? Do I reach out to customer service? If so where? Thanks.
