Rejected by prolific, ID issue
I signed up for prolific a month or so ago. Was accepted within a few weeks. No available studies but I keep checking. Then I got a message that they couldn’t confirm my ID and that I needed to delete my account. I’ve emailed them but no reply so far. Is that it? I am out permanently? Can I re-apply or give them a different ID for them to check? As I said, I’ve emailed them but they haven’t responded, I just get the same message that I have to delete my account
