OnePulse Cash out dates

Has anyone else been having a lot of issues with their OnePulse cashout date? From my understanding, it's $20 once per month. So let's say I cash out on the 1st of the month. It will then tell me "can't cash out until the 1st of the next month." The problem I'm running into is that I'll get to the 1st of next month and it will say "can't cash out until the 2nd." Sometimes it gets pushed again to the third. Then the next month it says the 3rd and will again get pushed. It's infuriating fighting with this system trying to get money out. Anyone else have this issue?
