Facebook viewpoints issues ..

I kept getting emails that I had things on viewpoints when I would login nothing then realized it was towards my Facebook that I had no access to til recently when Facebook finally got me back into it after it getting hacked. So i log in within 10 minutes I have enough for $5 reward I tap the $5 rewards and it instantly sends it to my PayPal so I go check the PayPal it has on file and it's a PayPal I can no longer get into. The thing is my boyfriend uses viewpoints and once in a blue moon redeems after several weeks of the 85pts each time finally adds up to something but what he does is he then has to redeem his points and then they are sent to a different page all together that he can pick if he wants them to go to his PayPal or if he wants to use them on other types of giftcards including Visa if he has atleast $10+ (for visa) . I wasn't given any option nor was I even asked was i sure i wanted to redeem the moment I tapped it it sent. So it isn't showing me any option to update my PayPal acct so I email viewpoints telling them I can't access this PayPal please send the $5 to my new PayPal. I get an email back thanking me for my email someone will get back with me. A couple hours later see another email thinking this is a real response instead it's another email stating it's going to take longer than usual to get back to me to go to the help center question and answer section for faster help but no help is given there. So my questions are has anyone else had this issue with viewpoints just sending it to PayPal and it giving you options? Or is my boyfriends way of being able to pick between several options the unusual way for viewpoints? And do you know how to update your paypal without someone from viewpoints doing it? And I know viewpoints isn't like it use to be so should I just give this up or has anyone here emailed recently and actually got emailed back by a real person and was helped??

Literally while typing this got a notification saying my $5 reward was sent to my PayPal (the one i can't get into to) so I know nobody got my email lol and I can only imagine how hard itll be or if they even could cancel that payment and send it back to my new PayPal but I still have $20 I made today on there that I havent touched because im hoping to get paypal updated but guessing that $5 is probably gone!!!

Any hope here guys??
