Dscout “informed consent” for a few express missions

I haven’t had to complete any informed consent forms up until this weekend when I got into an express mission, and before I could move forward, I needed to sign an informed consent document. Same thing happened today too, and it requires my full name and all. Anybody else see this lately? Should I continue to steer away for those kinds of missions?
