Do any of these sites allow you to use an "unverified" paypal account?

I signed up for Intellizoom only to find out that my paypal account isn't compatible.

I mean my account is verified through email and I even have a paypal debit card but because it's not connected to a bank account I can't seem to use it for a lot of things.

Anyone know of sites that allow this?
