Cloud connect study

So I’m doing this 3 min zoom video interview for 5$. When I connected to the zoom room the host isn’t there. It says waiting for the host to connect to the room. If he doesn’t show should i still be compensated? Like should I mark this as complete in the end or should I return it? I’m waiting and being patience but it’s taking wasting my time and causing me to miss other studies I could be doing!!
