Are "Download X game and reach X level within X days" worth it?

You know, the huge majority of offers I see around these sites are offers to download a game and reach a certain level within an amount of time. And often times the payment seems to be pretty high, but doing a quick search to see how hard it would be to acomplish such task, I end up finding out that it is almost impossible (or you have to spend money) to do it.
So, my question is: have you guys ever done one of these offers, and it wasn't a huge pain in the arse? Or are ALL of these offers bs?
