Intellizoom payment/practice test still pending

Hello! I was wondering if anyone here has received payments from Intellizoom while their practice test was still pending? Its just approaching the 21 day mark for the payouts and my test is still pending, so im getting a little worried and support has not gotten back to me all week. The website says in one area that your test has to be complete and then you can add your paypal, but another area on the dashboard says the payments automatically goto the same email as your paypal, so theres no need to link it. Its all confusing to me lol.
