SigTrack Approval Time?

Hi there,

I recently signed up for SigTrack and I'm waiting for my approval. After sending them an email, which contains a video of my face and ID for verification, a confirmation email was immediately sent to me. I haven't heard back from them since. I've been waiting for over 72 hours now. Is this a normal wait time?
