Respondent Screening

I am new to Respondent and I took some jobs yesterday. This morning I was fiddling around with my contact information (I typed in a new contact e-mail, changed my mind then put the original back in) and now I can't find any of the jobs I took.

Why would all my screeners( pending jobs ) just dissapear?
