IntelliZoom - Everything is Closed on Dashboard

I have 37 items showing on my dashboard, I have clicked each one twice now 3 days apart and after doing the robot check it lands me at a sorry this is closed message. Anyone else been seeing anything like this? Ill reach out to their support email if Im alone in this struggle! Thanks Yall
