I receive an invitation to a projet at OneForma but can't apply, suspicious activity.

I received an invitation to a project on OneForma, but each time I try to apply, I get this message: "Your application could not be processed at this time as suspicious activity has been noticed in your account"
I have never done anything suspicious on my account.
I contacted support, so far no response.
What can I do well?
