Facebook Viewpoints

Hi all. I had joined FBV last year via my email (not my FB account). I will be upgrading to a new phone shortly and have seen many complaints of users unable to login to their FBV on their new phone. Those that contacted customer support seem to not get anywhere. Any experience/advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
