Account not authorized from UHRS prod with OneForma

I have just created a Microsoft account using the hotmail domain. I added this Microsoft account to OneForma in the "My Identities" section in order to be able to perform UHRS jobs. When I click on the UHRS tab from OneForma, I am redirected to another platform: prod.uhrs.playmsn.
However, when I try to log in with my Microsoft account, I receive an error message:
"Account not authorized. Failed attempt to log in. Judge with AuthUserName=mxxxxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com does not exist."
What can I do in this situation?
