Why is Forthright always having trouble with Paypal?

It's been two weeks or more that's it's said they're having issues and can take 1-2 business days to receive a cash out. It's getting a little frustrating. What kind of issues could last this long? On a separate not BestPlay is having problems with Paypal for a few weeks now too.
