Unable to complete IntelliZoom Practice Study

I would like to complete the practice study since it indicates that if you pass, you'll get invited to better studies. I'm able to get as far as testing my microphone and watching their brief video, but upon opening of a new window with the UserZoom Survey extension, the spinning loading indicator spins forever and nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix?
