Scanning receipts with Bing - not getting cash back

I've been using the Microsoft Bing app to scan receipts for a little bit now. When I started using it, I would earn at least a couple cents per receipt and bonuses based on purchases shown on some receipts. Now I'm not getting anything except for the bonus you get for every 7th receipt. Is anyone else experiencing this? Only getting about $0.10 every 7 receipts doesn't seem worth it.
