Respondent.io down or not functioning?

Respondent.io issue?

I used to get multiple projects on Respondent.io each week. Since last 4 weeks, I stopped getting surveys. Moreover, when I apply for survey, I stopped getting confirmation email about survey submission. In addition, every time I refresh, my survey counter is being set to 10. Is there any known issue on the platform?
