Nielsen Rewards

I downloaded Nielsen mobile app and Nielsen app on my computer for passive income but when it didn't let me sign in I deleted it. I thought I should give it a try so I reinstalled it but again, whenever I try to log in it tells me I can't, "We cannot validate your credentials at this time. Please contact support for assistance."
