Field Agent not letting me accept calls like it used to after ticketing system update. Anyone else?

Completed $800 worth of multi-skus last week with 13 tasks still left pending for review.

Friday and today I get in to work and I'm met with a message that says:

"Oops

Talk about intensity! We love your enthusiasm, but it looks like you have enough on your plate as it is. Complete some of your active jobs before trying to reserve any others for now. I have 0 calls on my active list."

Any one else experiencing this issue and / or know what's going on?

Best part of all.. there are 0 active jobs in my list...but 13 jobs pending approval. There are many calls all over my area and Is like to work. I put in a support ticket about this issue. Hoping to here back from them soon.

I have lots on in store dashes and audit to do and I can only get a call if I uninstall and reinstall app now (clearing cache and data and/or fully closing app and reopening it doesn't help) and then I can only get 1 job to do... though my area is flooded with calls today. To do a 2nd job... have to wait until 1st is fully submitted....then uninstall and reinstall app yet again just to grab another job.

This started happening after Field Agent went to their new ticketing system Thursday night.... never with older ticket system we had at latest 2 weeks ago.

Any ideas??
