Being Buybox Eligible with same product but different package language (Amazon)

Can I become Buybox Eligible with same product but different package language? For example Nivea Cream is 10 dollar in America and the same Nivea Cream is 2 dollar in Turkey but package languages are different. Can I become Buybox Eligible if I bought it from Turkey and try to sell it?
