CrowdTap REGISTRATION PROBLEM

Website keeps on loading when I enter registration credentials, I can literally wait for 15 minutes straight, nothing will happen. I tried registration on pc with chrome an opera and on mobile with Safari. No VPN use, never used crowdtap before(I looked for it on my gmail). I live in Italy.
