Account Placed on hold with proflic

I was doing great on this site and now I've been placed on hold contacted them and all the could say was we're sorry we don't have an explanation to why you we're banned.

I submitted 111 studies and out of those 98 was approved I didn't receive the noticed I was placed on hold until after I cashed out should I just go ahead and delete my account or leave it
