How long does Nielsen Mobile Panel take to pay out claimed rewards?

I claimed a $10 Paypal digital payment reward, but I’m having trouble finding any info on how long it takes for them to process this and pay it out.

Anyone have any experience with this one? How quickly do they usually fulfill reward orders?
