Crowdtap not letting me complete profile

I keep going through the steps to complete my profile and all that keeps popping up is Error. I tried to deleting the app and redownloading it again but it wont work. Can anyone tell me why or how to fix it? I'm pretty sure im abiding by all their conditions so im not sure.
