Question about IntelliZoom

I have been using intellizoom (userzoom) over 2 weeks and have completed more than 30 tasks. On that site, I do not get any option to check if my task is approved or not, and I will be paid after 21 days after completing a study. Then how can I know when my task is being approved or rejected? How can I improve? Where are my shortcomings? Even I do not know which payment I am receiving for which completed task. Even I do not know if I am fully paid or not. Why this site is like that? Why don’t they add those options? Any other good alternative to that site?
