Pocketflip help

hey guys, i’ve had pocketflip downloaded for over a week now and about ~6 ish day ago I redeemed my points for an amazon gift card, I’ve waited this whole time before I thought it’d been too long to say anything but it literally still says that the redemption is pending. I’m pretty sure you guys have also used this app but I’m not sure how to get in touch with them or if any of you have experienced the same issue :(
