Opinions on Life points survey site?

I used Lifepoints when it was still Global Test Market and it was great. Hadn't had time for surveys for several years and found they'd switched to Lifepoints. It said my email was still registered but wouldn't let me log in or reset the password. So I created a new account with another email. Was fine for a couple weeks, then 2 weeks ago i finally made enough to cash out for a Target gift card. For another week things were fine. As of this week I'm barely getting any surveys. Is this normal?
