not earning anything after survey(zap surveys)

I've done like 8 surveys on zap surveys and I noticed I wasn't earning anything and when I finished a survey cause I thought it was slow receiving until I saw the message at the bottom saying "fail to receive reward" or saying thing that. anybody know y cause I spent most of my morning doing surveys so im a little annoyed.
