How long does it take mturk support to respond
I emailed [mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com](mailto:mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com) to ask to have my account re-activated. I had not used it for years and I am sure that is why it was suspended. It's been a week. Nothing back from them.
Has anyone else had any luck getting a response from them?
