Need sites like dscout

Hello - I have a full time job but trying to do side hustles as well as I am currently in a lot of debt due to medical issues. Are there sites like dscout where they have big payouts but get chosen more? Im also a fast typer so anything recommended for typing would be great. Just need additional income asap
