Ysense and SwagBucks sign up issues

So, to explain: yesterday, I had wanted to sign up for Swagbucks. Both e-mails I have tried to use do not work, with the error that both are already in use. Fast forward to today, tried to sign up for Ysense, same error. Could it be because of my location?
